I'm pleased to agree to run a seminar on introducing psychology for performance at a local run club, Run4All. It'll be only an hour long, so I'll look to cover the basics of psychology for performance, including introducing the key psychological skills. This should allow attendees to take something away from the workshop whilst also recognising that the seminar was only a whistle-stop tour.

It's always pleasing when athletes recognise the need to look for that extra edge, or to look at areas of their performance that they can improve through training their heads.
